The Space
The home is a secure walled/fenced property with a new monitored security system. We can also provide private security upon request for an additional fee.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has counter seating for three as well as a full indoor dining table. The spacious main room opens out onto the outdoor living area where you’ll find the pool and a large shaded dining table to accommodate family and friends. The indoor/outdoor living rooms blend together to offer an abundance of spaces to relax and enjoy an evening cocktail.
All three bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. One bedroom has a king bed and two bedrooms have queen bed as well as queen bottom bunk and single top bunk.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with indoor and outdoor shower, while the two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with 2 sinks, indoor/outdoor shower. All the bedrooms have glass doors that can be opened to enjoy open-air living.
The sitting room/office has a day bed.
The outdoor living area has 2 chaise pool loungers and a full sectional for lounging to relax and enjoy the pura vida lifestyle.
The home is equipped with the fastest internet available in the area. The home is not suitable for younger children. To ensure you enjoy your stay we offer two cleaning services per week.
There is parking for one car and/or a couple of ATVs behind a secure lockable gate. ATVs are a great way to get around the Nosara area. Multiple rental options are available. Early reservations are advisable. Cycling and e-bikes are also great options and there are ample jungle paths and beaches to ride and walk.

Be sure to enjoy a sunset cocktail or meal at one of Nosara's most scenic restaurants - La Luna - perched right on Playa Pelada. For a true local vibe swing by Olga’s for a post-surf cocktail or beer. And be sure to visit El Chivo for great drinks, food and live music on Thurs nights.
The ever-consistent surfing beach of Playa Guiones is a short seven-minute drive or fifteen-minute beach walk away.
Our property manager Roy is available for all enquires before and during your stay. Roy will be pleased to help book airport transfers, local shuttle services, and also arrange chef service at the villa so you can relax in comfort at the villa and enjoy an incredible meal poolside.
Our housekeeper Patricia will provide cleaning service twice a week and more at your request. She is also available to stock the fridge with groceries in advance of your stay and to book restaurant reservations.
